What is the estimated time for delivery?

Our Designs are generally Packed in 24 to 48 hours after successful
Quality Checks; depending on the shipping location, it takes 7 to 8
business days for the Delivery.

your order details. If you are unable to find the status, please call us

Is it Pure Silver?

We deal in 925 Sterling Silver. Sterling silver is made of 92.5% of pure
silver, as the name implies, and the rest (7.5%) mainly comprises
copper and other trace elements. 925 sterling silver is better than pure
silver, as it is soft, rendering it challenging to shape for jewellery
manufacturers.

Does Sterling Silver Tarnish or Rust Over Time?

Tarnish happens as a result of silver jewelry being exposed to oxygen
and sulfur particles in the air. So, to keep your silver from
tarnishing, you can store it in a ziplock bag and other airtight
container. If you’re using a bag, be sure to remove all the air before
sealing the bag.
Wearing your sterling silver jewelry more often will
help to keep it from tarnishing. But remember to take it off before
swimming or showering. Also, apply makeup and perfume before putting on
your jewelry. Makeup and chemicals used to treat water in swimming pools
can cause the sterling silver to tarnish.

Do you provide any Certification for the Jewellery?

Yes, every item is delivered with a Brand Authenticity Certificate.

Do you offer Free Express Delivery?

Yes, all the orders are usually Dispatched within 24-48 hours and
Delivered within 7-8 Days in India. However, in case of exceptional
situations like transport Area Lockdowns, strike, natural calamities,
(like Rains, Covid Situations, earthquakes, etc.), it might happen that
the Est. delivery time may exceed then the Committed timeline.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 days return policy on all our Designs. If you’re not
satisfied with the received Products, please write to us at

Do you offer any warranty on the Jewellery?

Yes, we offer 3 months of a limited warranty. We aim to provide best
quality and deliver the items only after successful quality checks, on
rare occasions, the plating might wear off and there may be damages. To
extend the life of the product, we recommend that you follow the care
instructions. However, even after following jewellery care instructions,
in case you still face issues with plating or breakage, you can opt for
the ZIRVA’s 3 months warranty.

Can I get additional discounts on my order?

Our prices are already heavily discounted (up to 55%) compared to many other online and offline retailers in addition to that we do run
